WHY NO RETURNS YOU MIGHT ASK..

Due to the nature of transmitting of the viruses such as Covid-19, we cannot accept any item once it has been removed from the original packaging.

For this reason. We do not want to sell the returned item to someone else.

In the event of your purchased item is damaged or broken.  We will replace it.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours from when you received your receipt without giving any reason.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.  We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

EXCEPTION TO CANCELLATION

All of the cancellation made after 24 hours from the receipt of your order confirmation.  You will be subjected to 25% restocking fee.
