We at American Protective Gears work hard every day to ensure the safety of our customers and all those who use our products. If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the moment you place your order.

• Within 24 hours after an order is placed, there will be a 25% restocking fee if the order is cancelled.
• After the order has shipped, you CANNOT cancel your order for any reason for a refund. If your order is damaged upon delivery, we will exchange the damaged part(s), but there will be no refund. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA) before returning the damaged part(s). We will mail out a replacement upon receipt.
